*Hit-Lock is an essential feature for rangers to ensure that MVP cannot move at all.
So 193 ASPD is priority first then only focus on equipments that increase crit. The equips vary here because some people may prefer increase more agility stat that makes ASPD to be 193 without harmonize skill. And some ppl may juz rely on harmonize skill, therefore sacrificing some agi stats and focus more on crit.

but the best build for sniper is the Sharpshooting Build..
